Bemidji, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me) Crystal Leah Cloud, 40, of Bemidji, faces a new felony drug charge.

Charge filed

Cloud is charged with one felony count of fifth-degree controlled substance possession.

The complaint lists the statute as Minnesota Statute 152.025.

Search warrant details

Investigators say agents served a high-risk search warrant on January 27, 2026.

The search took place at a home in the 1400 block of Beltrami Avenue NW in Bemidji.

Agents reported a strong odor of burned chemicals when they entered the residence.

In a northeast bedroom, agents said they found Cloud and a co-defendant, Jackson Bradley Brusewitz.

Investigators wrote that both appeared impaired during the search.

Authorities reported finding two small bindles with a white powder inside the bedroom.

The powder field-tested presumptive positive for fentanyl, according to the complaint.

The two bindles weighed about 1.7 grams, including packaging.

One bindle was labeled “cut,” investigators said.

Field tests are not final lab results.

Agents also reported finding a white powder they believed was a cutting agent.

They also listed digital scales, drug scoops, and burned tinfoil.

Investigators said the items suggested drug use and drug packaging.
