BEMIDJI, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Samantha Gourley of Bemidji is facing a felony firearm charge following an incident on July 8th. Police were called to a Bemidji residence for a drug overdose. According to court documents, Gourley, who made the call, attempted to flee the scene while discarding bags she was carrying. Officers apprehended her, and one of the bags was found to contain a Sig Sauer P320 handgun with the serial number filed off. Gourley, who is ineligible to possess a firearm due to prior convictions, has been charged with felony possession of a firearm and misdemeanor fleeing on foot.
