A Bemidji murder suspect and his two accomplices have pled guilty to their roles in the brutal stabbing death of an 18-year-old victim during a robbery attempt on June 24, 2023. The Beltrami County Attorney, David Hansen, confirmed the guilty pleas on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.
The suspects, Daniel Keezer, Robert Keezer, and James Burnette, admitted to luring the victim to a residence on Minnesota Court through text messages, intending to rob him. The situation escalated when Daniel Keezer fatally stabbed the victim multiple times.
