Victim’s Injuries: The victim suffered a laceration near the eye, heavy facial swelling, and bleeding from the left eye and ears after being stabbed in the face by Wood. Assault Details: The victim stated he was punched repeatedly inside a White Earth residence. When he tried to leave, Wood followed him outside and stabbed him, causing him to collapse and lose consciousness. Arrest & Evidence: Wood was found inside the residence with blood on his arm and back, swollen and bleeding knuckles, and a folding pocket knife in his pocket. Dropped Charge: A felony second-degree assault charge was dropped in a plea agreement.
