BEMIDJI, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A Cass Lake man is facing criminal charges in Bemidji, after allegedly stealing a bottle of liquor and then struggling with a police officer during his arrest.
39-year-old Derek Fairbanks Roy of cast Lake Minnesota has been charged with felony assault of a peace officer and misdemeanor of fleeing on foot and theft in bmigi according to court documents on December 28th he stole a bottle of liquor from Lake View Liquor and then ran from bmigi police Roy then struggled with the officer as he was arrested and now charged during the pat down of Roy for possible weapons Roy began to kick his legs and yell pervert I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
