S.A. reported an incident on Feb 25, 2026, the complaint says. She said Mace pushed her into a door. She said her head hit the door. She said she fell.
S.A. reported a second incident on Feb 27, 2026, the complaint says. She said Mace hit her with jeans. She said he punched her.
The complaint says S.A. reported repeated threats to kill her. It also says she reported a threat to drown her. She said a tub was filled with cold water.
S.A. told police she did not report right away. She said she feared he would kill her, the complaint says.

The complaint says police reviewed photos of injuries. The filing describes abrasions under S.A.’s jaw. It also describes discoloration near her neck.
