Bemidji, Beltrami County (trfnews.i234.me) Joshua John Beaulieu, 41, of Bemidji, faces three felonies after a reported knife assault. The complaint says it happened at a home.

The woman told police Beaulieu had been staying at her home, the filing says. She said she woke up and he tried to touch her sexually. She said she refused. She said he then became angry.
The complaint alleges he hit her in the head about five times. It also alleges he held a knife to her throat. The filing says he told her he wanted to die. It says he asked her to cut his throat.
The complaint alleges he then stabbed her in the neck. It also alleges he threatened to stab her again. The filing says he made the threats during a demand for sex.
Beaulieu left before officers arrived, the complaint says. The woman later received eight stitches, the filing says.
