Bemidji (trfnews.i234.me) – There are new developments in the Tuesday night house fire at 1210 Delton Avenue NW in Bemidji, Minnesota.

A resident who happened to be walking by the home as the fire broke out told TRF News that police were chasing someone fleeing the scene, raising concerns of possible arson.

While authorities have not officially confirmed an arson investigation, locals describe the circumstances as highly suspicious.

One man was rescued from a first-floor bedroom by firefighters and was reportedly conscious and trying to communicate as he was being rushed to the hospital. His identity and current condition remain unknown.

Officials have not released any further updates at this time. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

I’m Chris Harper reporting for TRF News.
