What Court Records Say Happened

Court records say deputies responded at about 8:15 p.m. on Dec. 5, 2025, to the intersection of Highway 1 NE and Willow Creek Road NE in Beltrami County.

The call involved a gray Chevrolet Equinox with a driver reportedly slumped over the steering wheel.

Dispatch informed deputies that the vehicle was wanted in connection with an earlier felony fleeing case.

According to the complaint, deputies found the vehicle stopped and the driver appearing asleep or unconscious.

Records say the driver woke up and attempted to flee in the vehicle.

The filing states deputies activated emergency lights and sirens, but the vehicle did not stop.

Pursuit and Arrest

Court records say the vehicle traveled toward the Red Lake Nation.

The complaint says a deer ran into the roadway, causing a crash.

After the crash, records say Clark tried to run away on foot.

Deputies caught Clark and took him into custody, according to the filing.

The complaint states Clark was evaluated by ambulance staff and cleared.

Records say Clark then attempted to flee again and struggled with a deputy before being restrained.

He was later transported to the Beltrami County Jail.

Threats Alleged

Court records say Clark made multiple threats toward a deputy during transport.

The complaint also alleges threats toward the deputy’s family.

Records say Clark kicked the inside of the squad car during transport.

Prior History Cited

The complaint references prior felony and gross misdemeanor convictions.

Court records also note an active felony warrant from another county at the time of arrest.

      1. Delmar Jones III victims? What victims? This all started as a family matter which they should release the real police report…because I’m in it. I know what actually happened and how this started… criminal acts? He was sleeping in his car and cops started surrounding him he also didn’t have a active warrant!! He was literally on probation and had to go in weekly for drug tests…so why wouldn’t the probation officer say anything about that?

      2. Alyssa Clark That is a lot more personal detail and back information showing exactly how bad things were for him. Things that I would have never know or added into the two second comment I made about your absent minded response.

Let’s draw more attention to this. Add comments, bump it up, maybe get it viral. Then, everyobe can see it, read the headline, pass judge on a stupid choice and really help him recover and heal. Right?

Your defense is meaningless. I don’t know this kid. I don’t care about this kid. Adding to the drama doesn’t bother me. It bothers you and your reaction to it, only draws more attention to it.

      3. Delmar Jones III i also have texts from his probation officer STATING he didn’t have a warrant so that was on the county cause he served his time .. hopefully he wins this case and doesn’t sit much time and gets the mental health help and drug/alcohol help instead…

  1. Yes ..this is my brother..i dont associate with him.. unfortunately we lost our mom while he was in foster care due to suicide…hes never gotten the help he’s needed☹️i really hope he gets it

  2. The foster care system raised him to the point where he has many more problems than many of you could even think of dealing with. Please move the fuck on with your life and stop laughing at this post and commenting when you don’t know shit. Thanks🤗

    1. Isabelle Clark fuck fr. . . Leave it to social media to make anyone look bad when no one even knows the whole story, I feel that in any situation. That’s why am so non judgemental. . .

  3. This man has a great heart deep down. Yes he made some bad choices, you can thank the government that you love so much for raising him to be the way he is. He has to try so much harder just to try to prove that he is enough and it still doesn’t work, just like he’s had to do all of his life in the foster care system where they fucked his life up and didn’t try to get him the help he needs.

    1. Isabelle Clark this!!! When I was abused by my ex he helped me out! When i was almost homeless he helped with rent! He cares so much…he’s just lost right now and that’s okay ..

    1. Frank Moon it’s actually crazy people can’t sleep in there cars ? He’s been homeless working this whole year ..it was probably a white person reporting him for being slumped over his wheel on the side of the road…he was driving all night and pulled over to sleep..

    2. Frank Moon also his warrant was taken care of two years ago; he lived with me! We had to be in communications with his po and I had to drive him everywhere he even had a ankle bracelet a part of his release…just crazy hope his lawyer fights that bc wtf..

  4. Marcus Stately no, he needs help. I understand that he did the wrong thing, he does too. He didn’t mean what he said (which I get he still said it) but people say a lot of stuff when they’re hurt and scared not just him. I just hope they get him the help he needs.
