Bemidji Faces City Hall Flooding

BEMIDJI, MN (trfnews.i234.me) The basement of Bemidji City Hall has flooded, putting the function of some city departments on hold.
and heavy rains causing problems in bemidji flooding could put some uh city departments on hold uh this from uh city manager nate matthews in bemidji it was discovered on saturday morning that the entire basement of bemidji city hall was flooded at this time the city is working to dry out the basement and prepare for various city departments to temporarily relocate as we access assess the extent of the damage and our next steps we would like the public to know that during the next week or so it will be difficult for these following departments to meet with the public while we work to address the situation the bemidji building department rental inspections department greater bemidji joint planning board staff uh gis staff uh thanks for your patience as we respond to this situation again that was from city manager nate matthews after the basement of the bemidji bemidji city hall floods i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
