Blair Marie Brown, 42, is charged with fifth-degree drug possession. She is also charged with giving a peace officer a false name.

Traffic stop details

Court records say the stop happened at about 2:02 a.m. on February 11, 2026.

A Bemidji police officer saw a tan 2003 Buick Century at the Circle K on Paul Bunyan Drive South.

The officer reported the license plate was revoked. The vehicle also drifted within its lane.

The officer stopped the car a short time later. The driver was identified as Jeffrey Scott Dorr-Slowey.

Police reported signs of impairment. Dorr-Slowey was arrested on suspicion of DWI.

During a search, officers said they found about 40 grams of suspected methamphetamine.

Police also reported drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. The drugs are listed as suspected at this stage.
