Beltrami County (trfnews.i234.me) – A shocking scene unfolded on July 8th in Bemidji, Minnesota, when deputies were called to a rocking vehicle at 331 Lonie Court Northeast, on the north side of Lake Bemidji. What they found was a nearly nude man and woman engaged in activity inside the car.
According to court records, Jestin R. Lord was in the passenger seat with a woman, both mostly unclothed. The complainant told authorities that Lord had previously been on the property on July 4th and 5th. On the 4th, her grandchildren were present and allegedly saw Lord’s genitals.
In a statement to investigators, Lord admitted he had no clothes on because he was having sexual relations with his girlfriend and had exited the car naked to change.
Lord has now been charged with gross misdemeanor indecent exposure in the presence of a minor and misdemeanor indecent exposure.
