Beltrami County, MN (trfnews.i234.me)—On January 3, 2025, the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Trevor Lussier. He is currently held at the Beltrami County Jail without bail. Lussier faces two gross misdemeanor charges:
- Traffic – DWI – Operate Motor Vehicle Under Influence of Controlled Substance: This charge alleges that Lussier operated a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance, violating Minnesota Statute 169A.20, subdivision 1(2)

- Traffic – Driving After Cancellation – Inimical to Public Safety: This charge indicates that Lussier was driving after his driver’s license had been canceled due to being deemed inimical to public safety, in violation of Minnesota Statute 171.24, subdivision 5
