Traill County (trfnews.i234.me): Beet Truck Rollover Reported Near Reynolds, ND
Emergency crews responded to a beet truck rollover early Wednesday morning east of Reynolds, North Dakota, in Traill County.
According to emergency radio traffic, the call came in at approximately 5:38 a.m., reporting a rollover on County Road 25, about four miles east of Highway 81 near the beet piling station.
Firefighters from the Reynolds Fire Department were dispatched to the scene after reports indicated that one person was trapped beneath the truck.
Viewer photos sent to TRF News show a sugar beet truck overturned along the roadside.
There are no official details yet on the driver’s condition or the cause of the crash.
Authorities have not released any names, and recovery operations were reportedly underway early Wednesday.
The crash remains under investigation.
County officials are reminding motorists to use caution when driving near beet trucks, as harvest season brings heavy traffic and slippery road conditions from spilled beets and mud.
This is a developing story. More information will be provided as updates become available from law enforcement and emergency officials.
