BECKER COUNTY, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Joshua Ard Arrested After Dramatic Pursuit Reaching 100 MPH
Joshua Ard of Perham, Minnesota, is facing multiple criminal charges after a high-speed chase in Becker County on July 11th. According to court documents, a White Earth officer attempted to stop Ard for driving without tail lights at Pine Point. Instead of pulling over, Ard sped away, reaching speeds of up to 100 miles per hour.
The pursuit ended after Ard ran over Stop Sticks and a PIT maneuver was executed. Ard then attempted to flee on foot but was quickly apprehended. He now faces charges of felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle and gross misdemeanor DWI.
