Becker County ( trfnews.i234.me ) – The Becker County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help after a drive-by shooting west of Snelman. Deputies say no one was hurt, but the investigation is active.
According to the sheriff’s office, a 911 call came in at about 6:09 p.m. on November 18. The caller reported that shots had been fired near the intersection of State Highway 34 and County Highway 39 in Shell Lake Township. The location is roughly one mile west of Snelman.
Deputies responded and began checking the area. No injuries were reported. Details about the suspect vehicle or the number of shots fired have not been released.
The Becker County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the White Earth Police Department, the Minnesota State Patrol, and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.
Investigators are asking anyone who was in the area around 6 p.m. on November 18 to report anything unusual. This includes suspicious vehicles, loud noises, or other activity.
