Becker & Clay Counties (trfnews.i234.me) — Zhiwar Ismail, age 36, was arrested on February 24, 2025, in a coordinated effort involving the Becker County Sheriff’s Office and the Moorhead Police Department.

Authorities allege that Ismail was found in possession of illegal narcotics, harbored a wanted individual, and unlawfully possessed a firearm as a previously convicted violent offender.
Ismail is being held pending additional court proceedings in both counties.
