Becker & Clay Counties: Taylor James Meyer Arrested for Heroin Trafficking, Counterfeiting & DWI Refusal

Becker & Clay Counties (trfnews.i234.me) — Taylor James Meyer, age 32, was arrested on February 13, 2025, in a joint effort by Becker County authorities and the Moorhead Police Department.

Charges filed:

Becker County:

  • DWI – Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test

Moorhead Police Department:

  • 2nd Degree Controlled Substance Sale – Heroin Within 90-Day Period

  • Counterfeit Offense – Uttering or Possessing Counterfeit Currency

Authorities allege Meyer was involved in the sale of heroin over a concentrated timeframe and was found with counterfeit U.S. currency. Additionally, Meyer refused a chemical test during a DWI stop in Becker County.

Meyer is currently in custody pending felony drug and counterfeiting charges.
