Charges and bail

Johnson is charged with felony disarming a peace officer and felony fourth-degree assault. He also faces second-degree DWI test refusal and obstructing legal process, according to the complaint.

Prosecutors say Johnson later refused a blood or urine test at the hospital. The filing says officers had a search warrant.

In Clearwater County District Court, Judge Eric Schieferdecker set bail at $100,000 with conditions. Bail was set at $200,000 without conditions, court records say.

The complaint also notes prior DWI convictions. It says Johnson is awaiting sentencing in another felony case.
