Thirty-seven year old John Wurtz, Utica, SD. He was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence and Possession of Marijuana. He was uninjured.
the North Dakota Highway Patrol has released the names of people involved in a triple fatal crash just east of Tower City Friday night the Patrol says a 16 year old Sophia wish Nevsky of Buffalo North Dakota was driving a Lincoln eastbound on County 10 just east of Tower City when she crossed the center line and ran head-on into a van carrying a driver and four passengers she was seriously injured and since she’s a juvenile if charged the charges will not be released killed in the van where the driver 40 year old Matthew width of Tower City passengers 43 year-old Cathy whiff of Tower City and 43 year old Dorothy Decker of apes which South Dakota two other passengers were injured 50-year old Henry Decker of M switch and a 35 year old Heidi hopper of hips which I’m Neil Berg reporting for I news TV
