On August 26, District Judge Doug Clark sentenced Varno to 90 days in jail, with 73 days stayed for one year. Varno received credit for 17 days served. Additionally, he was ordered to abstain from alcohol and drugs, complete both a diagnostic and a comprehensive assessment within 60 days, and follow all recommended aftercare. He will be on supervised probation for one year.
