Assault Reported Behind Jamestown Bar Early Sunday
JAMESTOWN, N.D. (trfnews.i234.me) — Emergency responders were called to downtown Jamestown early Sunday morning after a report of an assault behind a local bar. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. in the alleyway behind Fred’s Den, located at 113 First Street South.
According to emergency radio traffic, an ambulance was requested to the scene for a possible assault victim. The caller reported that a male friend had been in an altercation earlier in the night and appeared to have been struck in the ear. The victim was described as being “out of it” when emergency crews arrived.
Law enforcement and medical personnel responded to the scene to assist the injured man. His condition has not been released, and it is unclear whether any arrests have been made at this time.
