An arrest warrant has been issued for 44-year-old Donald J Bartlett for terrorizing domestic violence, attempted domestic violence, and interference with a telephone during an emergency call. The incident occurred on June 1st in Grand Forks, where Bartlett allegedly assaulted a female, striking her in the face, back, and shoulder, and head-butting her in the forehead. The victim also reported that Bartlett tried to strangle her and knocked the phone out of her hands when she called 9-1-1, threatening to come back to the apartment and kill her.
