an arrest warrant has been issued for 34 year old abdi ilmi of grand forks for allegedly sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy according to court documents the victim reported an unknown male tried to kiss him on the mouth while he was walking on the sidewalk in the 2300 block of south washington street on may 3rd and touched his buttocks while in a retail store in that area police say the assaults were captured on video surveillance and illness was identified as the suspect as of this friday uh morning may 27th he is not yet in custody he’s been charged with felony sexual assault i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
