Arrest Made and Charges Filed in Aneta Burglary Case

ANETA, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – We have an update regarding the burglary and subsequent search for two suspects that occurred early Monday morning in Aneta, North Dakota. Charges have now been filed against one of the suspects.

Koty Fosson of Warwick has been charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor criminal mischief. According to the criminal complaint, on July 14th, a Nelson County Deputy responded to Cerns Avenue where two men had allegedly broken into an apartment. During the incident, a TV was smashed and a PlayStation was stolen. Fosson was arrested at the scene.

A second man, Jonathan Ebertz, fled the scene but was later found hiding under a camper. No charges have been filed against Ebertz at this time due to a medical emergency he experienced during the incident.
