Nathan Martin Jones Jr of St. Michael, North Dakota, has been charged with felony criminal trespass for allegedly squatting in an apartment in Fargo. The renter of the apartment had been away and believed someone had been staying there. Officers found a pile of clothes and miscellaneous items scattered on the floor along with an ID card from the New Life Center for Nathan Jones. Jones was soon found nearby and tied to the incident and arrested.
