Otter Tail County, Minnesota – Alyse Luetta Carlson, 32, was arrested in Otter Tail County on February 19, 2025, on third-degree DWI charges and refusing to submit to a chemical test following a traffic stop.
Carlson faces the following gross misdemeanor charges:
- Third-Degree DWI – Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test (Gross Misdemeanor) – Statute 169A.26.1(b) (Enhanced charge due to test refusal).
- DWI – Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test (Gross Misdemeanor) – Statute 169A.20.2(2) (Refusing to provide blood or urine as required by a search warrant).
Carlson remains in custody at Otter Tail County Jail, pending further legal proceedings.
