FARGO, N.D. (trfnews.i234.me)—In August 2024, law enforcement responded to a reported hostage situation at the Rodeway Inn on University Drive in South Fargo. A female individual informed officers that her acquaintance, identified as 42-year-old Allison Ledoux, had compelled her to engage in sexual activities with multiple men and prevented her from leaving.
Upon arrival, police attempted to contact the occupants of the hotel room without success. A search warrant was subsequently executed, leading to the apprehension of Ledoux.
The hotel’s night manager was also found in the room, questioned, and later released. Initially charged with felonious restraint and menacing, Ledoux pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor menacing charge on January 22, 2025.
The felonious restraint charge was dismissed.
She was sentenced to 18 months of supervised probation, with credit for 48 days served and an additional six-day reduction for good behavior.
As of the latest reports, no further arrests have been made concerning the alleged sexual assault or the hostage situation.
