GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Benjamin Mikkel Pawlowski, 30, faced a pivotal moment in his legal battle as he waived his preliminary hearing, scheduled for Monday, April 15, and entered a plea of not guilty to a slew of charges in Grand Forks County.

The charges stem from an incident where Pawlowski allegedly shoplifted merchandise valued at $347.88 from Target and subsequently attempted to evade law enforcement. Following his apprehension, authorities reportedly discovered drugs and paraphernalia in his vehicle, as outlined in a probable cause statement filed in the case.
