Singletary of Oklee Minnesota is facing a felony charge of malicious punishment of a child under the age of four according to court records on May 19th the mother reported alleged abuse to her 2-year-old after a visitation with the child’s father Matthew C. Singletary a deputy showed to Matthew C. Singletary a photo of handprints on the child’s bottom single ter stated he did give the child a spanking but he did not think the handprints were from him he stated the child’s mother was just trying anything she can to keep their child from him
