CLIMAX, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – We have an update on the early Friday morning crash near Climax, Minnesota.

Initially reported as a vehicle-deer collision, the Minnesota State Patrol now confirms that the accident occurred at 1:25 a.m. when a Ford Taurus, driven by 24-year-old Dylan T. Johnson of Climax, left the roadway while traveling southbound on Highway 75.

Johnson sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Essentia ER for treatment.

Authorities have confirmed that alcohol was involved in the crash.

Johnson was wearing a seat belt at the time of the incident.
