There's no doubt there's scary & threatening people all about,' after looking at this again, I think the video and story are unrelated and possibly part of the message is: if you don't live on the Reservation or aren't related to anyone here, there is no need to pass through or go exploring – and while some strangers might possibly be innocent or not suspect, many strangers are. Could that be possible?
