Pheynix Charles Graham, 27, of Ada, is charged with two counts of gross misdemeanor domestic assault. He is also charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct. He is also charged with misdemeanor obstructing legal process.

What investigators allege

According to a criminal complaint, officers were sent to a home in Ada. The call reported a domestic disturbance. The complaint says the incident was ongoing.

At the scene, officers said they met Graham. The complaint says he was angry and confrontational. Officers also found a witness who was crying and upset.

The complaint says Graham pulled away as officers tried to detain him. It says he argued and resisted while being handcuffed. The report describes a brief struggle before he was secured.

Officers then spoke with the alleged victim, listed as Victim 1 in the complaint. She said she and Graham had been arguing. She said the dispute moved from upstairs to downstairs.

Victim 1 told officers that Graham grabbed her sweater and lifted her. She said he threw her items. The items included shoes and bags, the complaint says.

Officers reported visible injuries to Victim 1. They noted bruising and swelling near her left eye. They also noted red marks on her upper chest.

Ring Video is mentioned in the complaint

A witness provided Ring camera video to police, according to the complaint. The report says the video shows Graham yelling at Victim 1 and the witness.

The complaint says Graham used profanity while telling them to leave. It also says he grabbed Victim 1 near the collar area. The report says he screamed in her face. It says he pushed her into a corner.

Prior conviction noted

The complaint says Graham has a prior qualifying domestic violence-related conviction from May 2025.
