According to the complaint, the victim saw the keys on a bed. She picked them up. The complaint says Fischer then grabbed her and threw her onto the bed. The victim told authorities she felt scared.
Court records also say the youngest child was knocked over. Other children heard the argument and a thud. They did not see the incident, the complaint says.
