What the Complaint Says
According to the complaint, officers were sent to an Ada home. A child reported that a stepfather was hurting the child’s mother. By the time officers arrived, the people involved were apart.
The complaint says the victim was in the garage. Fischer was inside the home. Court records state that Fischer and the victim are married.
A child told authorities there had been an argument. The child said Fischer grabbed the mother, turned her upside down, and threw her onto a bed. The complaint says the child was crying and very upset.
Dispute Over Keys
