BAGLEY, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A Bemidji, Minnesota man is facing a trio of felonies, following a 60 mile long, 100 mph police chase that started in Bagley and ended in a Hubbard County crash.
37 year old action Jack Simon of Bemidji is facing a trio of felony charges following a weekend police chase possession of stolen property a car fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle and driving while impaired according to court documents on Saturday February 4th an officer observed Simon driving in Bagley and knew there was an active felony warrant for his arrest Simon allegedly failed to stop and let officers on a nearly 60 mile long Pursuit at speeds over 100 miles per hour Simon was eventually stopped in Hubbard County when he crashed the criminal complaint says the Chevy Impala he was driving was stolen out of Cass County Minnesota he has a long criminal history I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me

  1. I dk why they don't just send him to prison for a long time. Our court systems are so trash. They want money so they keep letting ppl like this guy out just so he can go back again

  2. “Live On Patrol” with Sheriff Bob Fletcher in St. Paul had the winter carnival special Saturday night. This chase came through live on the statewide tactical radio channel. Long downhill from the west coming to the T intersection at Kabekona and he’s not the first to miss that one. Tanker full of gas went straight off there some years ago. I was expecting him to take the westbound 71 Y to the north against traffic like the car jackers in the Twin Cities. Scanner said they were waiting for him at Kabekona so maybe his choices were limited. The replay should still be available.
