thirty year old Justin Boucher of Grand Forks is facing a felony charge after walking into ultras emergency room Monday according to court documents Boucher entered the emergency room complaining of chest pain and admitted to smoking meth when emergency staff attempted to take his vitals he became angry and stated I’m bleeding internally then Boucher allegedly became more irritated when a nurse asked to get an accurate weight he stated they were effing [ __ ] and spit in the face of a nurse Boucher was ultimately assessed and medically cleared by Altru and then placed under arrest he was taken to jail and has now been charged with the felony of contact by bodily fluids I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
Accused of Spitting in Nurse’s Face After Meth Use and Chest Pain Complaint
Justin went into Altru less than 2 weeks prior to this incident. He told them he has a mental illness(which he does and had for 9 years), he told them that he was suicidal(which he was and still is), and he asked for help. He asked to be admitted to psych and they REFUSED HIM. They sent him AWAY!!! He came back this past Monday and was hallucinating. Part of his disorder is that he has SO MANY voices in his head that he doesnt know which ones are true or lies or real or fake. When he went in Monday he was with my other brother and they told the nurses about his mental illness and they told them Justin needed help, he had been suicidal, and hallucinating from no sleep because of the voices. Also I hope that there is video footage of the incident because Justin spit ON THE FLOOR and the nurse said, "Thats gross if you do it again you'll have to leave." Then they had Justin in a wheelchair and they grabbed him and threw him to the ground and did a citizens arrest. Because he seemed agitated. HE NEEDED HELP HE ASKED FOR HELP BUT THEY DID NOT HELP. I would have been agitated too. I wish I wouldve been there. It would not have went down like this. Now that you know Justins story, you can believe whatever you want. But do not judge a man, unless your own hands are clean.
