35 year old Jessie a Martinez of Watford City North Dakota has been charged with felonies of arson and endangering by fire after allegedly burning a home after getting into an argument with his mother according to court documents it happened November 30th in Caden Park in Watford City a rental unit Park an officer arrived on scene and reported the residence was fully engulfed in flames Martinez was found across the street lying on the ground unconscious bleeding from his fingers and taken to a hospital no one else was injured in this incident during a later interview with police according to the criminal complaint Martinez stating he gotten into a verbal altercation with his mother lit a paper towel on fire then lit the curtains on fire I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
