34 year old trevor kavanagh of devils lake has been charged with a trio of felonies and grand forks child abuse child neglect and preventing arrest plus a misdemeanor charge of refusal to halt according to court records two witnesses reported they saw kavanaugh allegedly strike his four-year-old daughter with a rope twice in grand forks when officers responded he allegedly grabbed a ten-year-old into a bear hug to stop officers from arresting him he allegedly fought with officers and as he was arrested a police found he was in possession of a knife i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me

I believe in child punishment for bad behavior but this is just sickening. Sad thing is he won't be in long unfortunately. Criminals are rewarded these days. Build back better 👎
whoever is allowing him access to those children needs to be jailed too. behaviour like that is certainly not a 1 time thing.
