Accused of Harming a Child

DEVILS LAKE, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Devils Lake, North Dakota woman is charged with injuring a 3-year old child.
Melissa K Raider of Devil’s Lake has been charged with aggravated assault in connection to the injury of a three-year-old child the investigation began after the child was brought to the emergency room in Devil’s Lake with a fractured elbow on April 21st according to court documents during an interview with an investigator Raiders stated the child was sitting on the floor in the living room and she helped the child get her shoes off the Raiders said while the child was on the floor and after getting the shoes off she grabbed the child by the child’s left elbow and squeezed Raider said she proceeded to aggressively pull the child off the floor to the child’s feet by the child’s left elbow Raiders said she did this action with intent to inflict injury to the child Raider indicated she has had several personal problems lately and she was taking her frustrations out on the child I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
