Technically they do have to charge them but I hope the judge realizes how stupid this is and/or they find a way to free these 2 brave heroes! You should be allowed to do this since it’s technically self defense plus the rapist hasn’t learned his lesson and presents a clear danger to others around, especially women and children! Yeah they broke the law but they were more than justified!
