GRAFTON, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Grafton man is facing a long string of charges, after allegedly assaulting his on again, off again girlfriend and deputies.
a grafton woman reported a night from hell with her on-again off-again boyfriend 20-year-old keyshawn kluben of grafton shown here in an earlier booking photo he’s now facing a long string of charges and has not cooperated for a new booking photo according to court records on march 23rd around 12 30 a.m jane doe reported the suspect kluben had kicked in her door and was inside her residence with a gun on the 1100 block of mcu avenue in grafton grafton police officers arrived on the scene and made contact with the female victim who said that that kluben have left her residence she explained that kluben kicked in the front door of her residence and she told klubin to stay out of her house before he forced his way into the home once uh kluben entered the dwelling a physical altercation ensued the altercation resulted in visible injuries swelling and bruising to the bridge of the victim’s nose uh the officer learned through investigation that she and club and had dated in the past and were engaged in an off-again on-again romantic relationship police computer system checks showed kluben was already convicted of a domestic violence offense with the same victim uh the above incident led to the activation of the northeast special response team to assist in locating and safely taking klubin who is believed to be armed into custody uh officers agents and deputies from grafton police sheriff’s department pembina sheriff straighten police north dakota bci and northeast special response team and grand forks narcotics task force conducted a surveillance operation that led them to locate klubin as he was leaving his apartment a high-risk traffic stop was conducted including was taken into custody a search of klubin and the vehicle uh revealed three thousand two hundred sixty seven dollars in cash and marijuana the defendant was transported to the walls county jail uh once uh at the jail the defendant became uncooperative and made suicidal statements uh the deputies attempted to de-escalate the situation but eventually uh kluben refused to follow lawful orders picked up a chair at lunch that the deputies even biting one of them substantial force was required to restrain kluben a deputy uh was injured during the altercation a drug-related search warrant for cluben’s residence had been obtained prior to the domestic violence incident mentioned uh by the grand forks narcotics task force and was executed at approximately 7 40 p.m during the search 14 grams of meth uh 31 diazepam pills 1 932 grams of marijuana a vaping cartridge eight ounces of mj wax and meth paraphernalia as well as marijuana paraphernalia were located a silver and black handgun as described by the female victim was located as well the serial number of the pistol had been removed uh agents also located at the residence uh one thousand or nineteen thousand six hundred and eighteen dollars in u.s cash a preliminary test of the suspected meth was positive kluben is now facing seven felony charges possession with intent to deliver meth possession with intent to deliver diazepam burglary possession with intent to deliver marijuana terrorizing simple assault of a police officer and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person plus four other misdemeanor charges related to drugs guns and assault i’m neil carlson reporting for inews dot tv

  1. He's just so proud of himself in his mugshot. Prosecutors better use it to their advantage. He has zero remorse and has shown his inability to live responsibly without danger towards others. Separation for the long-term must be the discipline that he deserves. Also, 'good behavior' while serving needs to be removed. It's easier to behave in an environment where one has little control over what they do. It is their time to contemplate their actions for the full term.
