Fargo (TRF News)— Lieutenant Matt Siders of the Fargo Police Department provided an update regarding the three-vehicle collision that occurred at 7:31 p.m. on Thursday at the intersection of 10th Street North and 12th Avenue North. Two drivers and a passenger sustained minor injuries. The driver deemed responsible was cited for failure to obey a traffic control signal. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
