No Partying On Horseback!
GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A report of a pedestrian struck and injured by a vehicle in downtown Grand Forks this week, prompted police to remind people to be safe while partying downtown. It also brought up the discussion of riding your horse downtown.

That's fucking bullshit. If the horse is sober, how is it a DUI?
Jamestown tried to get me a DUI for walking my bicycle my lawyer tried to get it dismissed and it was reduced to reckless driving all because I tried riding my bike leaving my friends driveway and couldn't so I walked it home and tripped and fell because I was so drunk but a DUI???
So… Just don't drink and drive Anything! Be careful walking drunk too!

And thats why no bikes on the sidewalks!! Get off your bike to cross roads, then you have pedestrian law protection. Otherwise, you must follow all. vehicle laws.
