Clay County: Ashley Lynn Ostrander Arrested for Burglary, Domestic Assault & Protection Order Violations

Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — Ashley Lynn Ostrander, age 37, has been arrested by both the Clay County Sheriff’s Office and the Moorhead Police Department on a series of serious charges.

Charges filed:

Clay County Sheriff’s Office:

  • 1st Degree Burglary

  • Domestic Abuse – Violate Order for Protection (OFP)

Moorhead Police Department:

  • DANCO Violation within 10 Years of Two or More Convictions

  • Domestic Assault – Great Bodily Harm and/or Use or Threat with Weapon

Authorities allege Ostrander violated protection orders and committed domestic assault involving threats or the use of a weapon. She also faces charges tied to a burglary offense.

She is being held pending felony-level proceedings.
