Ramsey County, MN – Authorities are searching for Suwuan Dominique Cross, who has been declared a wanted fugitive as of September 21, 2023, after violating the terms of his release. Cross, born on May 21, 1995, was last released from custody on May 3, 2021, but is now on the run.
Cross was originally sentenced on October 29, 2015, in Ramsey County for a sex-related offense (Prostitution – Aid/Abet) under court file number 62-CR-15-1557. His case is being handled by Agent Lawrence Kuester, and law enforcement officials are actively searching for him.
