FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Eric Jensen, 53, was arrested in Fargo, North Dakota, for firing shots into the air during a dispute over a vehicle.
The incident occurred near 34th Street South and 17th Avenue South. Jensen confronted a man who had taken his vehicle without permission, displayed a pistol, and fired two shots into the air. Police responded, confiscated Jensen’s .380 Smith and Wesson pistol and ammunition, and arrested him. Jensen is charged with felony terrorizing and misdemeanors of reckless endangerment and discharge of a firearm within city limits.
