HUBBARD COUNTY, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Bridget Elizabeth Lindell, a 30-year-old resident of Bemidji, Minnesota, appeared in Hubbard County District Court on Friday morning. She faces felony charges for engaging in electronic communication describing sexual conduct with a child and distributing material that describes sexual conduct to a child.

According to court documents, while employed as a paraprofessional at a Hubbard County school last year, Lindell allegedly sent multiple explicit videos and photos of herself to a seventh-grade male student via Snapchat. During an investigation, she reportedly stated that she experienced a lack of attention from her husband, and the student was compensating for this void.

Under Minnesota Statute 609.352, it is a felony for an adult to use electronic communication to engage in or distribute material relating to sexual conduct with a child. Convictions can result in imprisonment for up to five years, a fine of up to $10,000, or both.
