Orion Paul Nielsen of Hoopel, North Dakota is facing a felony child porn charge. According to court documents, on August 26, a search warrant of his person and phone was conducted. Officers reported finding 24 images of explicit nude female children, ages appearing to be 8 to 15 years old on his phone. Neielson now charged with possession of certain materials prohibited. more than 20 images. It’s a class B felony that carries a maximum sentence of 10 years.
