PARK RIVER, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Grand Forks woman is facing criminal charges for an alleged Assault of another woman.
Tilly Welsh of Grand Forks has been charged with felonies of terrorizing and aggravated assault in Park River. According to court documents, on January 8th at 5:50 a.m., Welsh County deputies dispatched to a Park River residence for a report of an assault. The female victim reported she was sleeping on a couch when Welsh allegedly started hitting her with a candle, pulled her hair, punched and kicked her, then called her a racial slur, and grabbed a knife. The victim fled the residence. Welsh arrested and now charged. I’m Bob Carlson reporting for Newswe.
