PARK RAPIDS, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A Crookston woman is facing Arson and Burglary charges near Park Rapids, Minnesota.
According to court documents, just after 7 a.m. on July 16th, a a deputy arrested Ramona Kaiser on Highway 71 near Park Rapids walking after a report of a woman taking her clothes off and running into traffic. The deputy reported Kaiser was yelling and showed indications of impairment and admitted to starting fires nearby at a residence on County Road 14. Gas had been poured into a sauna that burned and wood next to a trailer had been started on fire and glass broken out of the home’s door. A deputy reported Kaiser admitted it and said she was trying to get someone to help her as she rambled on incoherently. Ramona Kaiser now charged with four felonies, two counts of arson and two counts of burglary. I’m Bob Carlson reporting for trfnews.i234.me.
